Pewną formą kontraktu jest też po prostu zebranie podpisów uczniów pod przedmiotowym systemem oceniania. Oczywiście pod warunkiem, że ma on taką właśnie formę.
Reward Intermediate Resource Pack (Wksht Progress check 16-20) has an excellent example of a Contract for sts. It also gives you a 20-30 min activity in which sts not only produce an imaginary Contract for teachers, but also review modal verbs. I say you find it, you use it, you be happy!

It's a series of photocopiable resource packs with literally tons of useful and reusable instant communicative activities for sts of English published by Macmillan Publishers Ltd.
I have it, yet chose not to re-write the activity here for you as I'm sure it's all copyright material - a shameful display of cowardice on my part
However, if you cannot find it, I'm more than happy to e-mail the activity to you, noeanka - private circulation of such materials should keep me safe from ignominious incarceration in the local jail
