Praca domowa dotyczy planów na ten weekend i ten tydzień.

My plans on weekend. On Friday after school I'm going to my friend and I'll spend there a few hours. Then I'll go on square in Łuszczanowice to meet with my friends. Most probably I'll be home at 11pm.
On Saturdays I always get up about 10. First thing which I'm going to do is cleaning my teeth. Next I'll hoover entire house. Now i have free Sunday;)) So at 18 I'll go on square again. I'll meet Ania from Belchatow. She is 14 too. I met Ania on holidays. Probably I'll be home at 11pm too.
On Sunday I must get up earlier because I have to be in church on 10am. After church I'll play on guitar or computer games. Then I'll make up all of my homework in order to go on square. I'll come back at 20pm or 21pm than I'll talk with my friends by gadu-gadu. Next at 23pm I'll go to sleep.
Rest of the week I'll spend so as ever. I'll get up early, go on bus then by him to school. After school I'll make up for given homeworks. When I finish I'll go on square. Probably I'll be back at 20pm than I'll play the guitar.

It would sound better if you changed the order.
macias123 napisał/a:
I'm going to my friend

...to my friend's (place).
If you're paying someone a visit, you're going to somebody's place (your aunt's place, your granny's place). You can also drop the 'place' and use the possessive form only.
macias123 napisał/a:
my friend and I'll spend there a few hours.

I would use full infinitive here: my friend's (place) to spend there a few hours.
I suggest that you come up with something more specific, not just that you're going to spend there a few hours. It will sound better, I think.
macias123 napisał/a:
Then I'll go on square in Łuszczanowice

Why did you specify the name of the city? Is the square you're going to in another city? I think it would make more sense to specify the name of the square. For example, After that/Afterwards I'm going to see the Lake Square.
macias123 napisał/a:
to meet with my friends.

Check the usage of the verb 'meet.'
macias123 napisał/a:
I always get up about 10.

A preposition is lacking.
macias123 napisał/a:
First thing which

An article is lacking.
macias123 napisał/a:
I'm going to do is cleaning my teeth

Wrong form of the verb 'clean.'
macias123 napisał/a:
Next I'll hoover entire house.

An article is lacking.
macias123 napisał/a:
Now i have free Sunday;))

Revise this sentence.
macias123 napisał/a:
So at 18 I'll go on square again

Change the order and check if you used a correct preposition before 'square.'
macias123 napisał/a:
So at 18 I'll go on square again. I'll meet Ania from Belchatow.

Try to make one sentence out of these two. It will flow more smoothly.
macias123 napisał/a:
I met Ania on holidays.

Check whether it should really be plural.
macias123 napisał/a:
Probably I'll be home at 11pm too

'Too' is not really the best choice here. Try to use another word.
macias123 napisał/a:
I have to be in church on 10am

Wrong preposition.

Sorry, I need to take off now. I'll get back to this as soon as possible.

Cytat:
Now I'll have free Sunday;))

Now is good?

And second...

in this sentence:

Cytat:
Probably I'll be home at 11pm too

Which word will be the best here instead "too"? Couse nothing is coming to my mind;/

Not really. Why did you write "now" in this sentence? It doesn't sound good.

macias123 napisał/a:

"Again" should work.
macias123 napisał/a:
After church I'll play on guitar or computer games.

"Play on guitar" is incorrect. Check the correct usage.

Wrong verb.
macias123 napisał/a:
Then I'll make up all of my homework in order to go on square.

I don't see any logic here. You're going to do your homework in order to go to the square?
macias123 napisał/a:
come back at 20pm or 21pm than I'll talk with my friends by gadu-gadu

"Than" is incorrect here.
I think you should write "on Gadu-Gadu."

I'll spend the rest of the week as usually. I'll get up early, and catch a bus to school. After classes, I'll come back home and do my homework. After that I'll go to the square. I will probably be back at 8 pm. Afterwards, I'll play the guitar.

Nie rozumiesz o co mi chodzi... nie chodzi mi tu o taki zwykly plac tylko takie miejsce gdzie jest boisko do grania obok plac zabaw i tam sie z kumplami spotykam;)

I see. But still, that in order to doesn't really work for me. As I would guess at that, you are only allowed to go to the playground after you've done your homework, right? Then, I'd put it this way, Then I'll do my homework so that I could go to the playground.
